Is this normal?

Looking at the grey and white blazer, it appears to have the correct bumper profile for the year, I guess I've just never run across one with that option. I've seen the later blazers/suburbans with them, just never noticed any round eyes before.



Yeah, blue with the white inset was common, but yours is the first i've seen with the colors reversed. I like it. Looks factory, but stands out because it's different.

I’ve been debating on going all white on the repaint. Or do blue again but do the blue on the roof too. Like so:

That’s what I’ve been leaning toward too. It’s nice to have it parked in the hangar so I can contemplate it all day.

I like this color blue with the off white headliner so I’m almost thinking the Hawaii Blue or Hawaiian Blue. Whatever it’s called. I think it’s lighter than the blue that on the truck now.

I don't believe I've ever seen a round eye, with the black rub strip on the bumper. It almost makes me think it's aftermarket.

Factory, but not common anymore. I think '77 was the first year for the option too. I think the late 70's Chevy Sport fleetsides all had them too, on their body-colored bumpers.

Oh he’s worthy anyone that collects Celebritys is Z28 worthy. Lol I meant he may not fully comprehend the full joy of blairing REO Speedwagon out of a Pioneer Supertuner 3 backed up with a pair of 3 way 6x9 mounted in shoeboxes stuffed with rags. That’s all.
