So this was my high school truck that I got about 2003-2004, and sold in 2006(regretted ever since) and just bought a bit ago a 1984 that I’m going to build it like my truck was since I can’t find my old one. Question I have, it had the zy4 paint code, and as you can see carmine red and silver metallic, but I can’t remember for the life of me(and can’t find interior pictures) how the paint was separated in the interior? It didn’t have any trim being a Custom Deluxe. I walked the local junkyards, but none of them have the zy4 option to look at. Bonus points, anyone know where to get those grab bars behind the drip rails anymore? I like the looks of them myself.

If it looked like that, the interior metal would have all been silver.
See that's what I was thinking, but for some reason remember the pillar being red by the cargo light switch. It's obviously been so many years though, things get forgotton. So if the whole interior was silver, where was the change from outside to inside? At the door seal? So one the outside would be red, and the inside silver covered by the seal?

Where you have silver and red, I have brown and tan. Looks like it ends at the door skin.

That's how I remember it on Dad's 75 Sierra Classic. Willoway Green (mint green) with white top and in the side trim, but the inside was green where the darker green plastic didn't cover. Same on the Burbs which were all two tones, the primary color was the interior metal color too. The shop pickups were solid colors, both with the tan interior plastic, though the 78 was probably the Camel Tan officially.
