Interior insulation part 2

Been reading posts about interior insulation (heat and sound) and find there are options. Didn't see anything on spray on products such as Lizard Skin. Seeing my 78 doesn't have A/C and anything over 85 sucks, I need to do some major interior upgrades. Any opinions on the spray on stuff?

You’ll want to use a combination of heat shield and heat insulation products.
My cousin has a 1986 Monte Carlo and used Second Skin products.
He used the spectrum and firewall spray on products as well as some of the other stuff. Car is almost as quiet as a new Mercedes.
