78c10bigten I found a part number for that and it is gm-467513. I googled that and found several. I just bought one from StockWiseAuto and it is the gm part for 99.46 shipped. It looks just like the one I have so I am hoping it is. Check it out

I’ll dig through my parts I pulled off my truck that I’m not re-using. Hopefully I haven’t chucked it...

I'd check local scrap yards. Often they don't know what that parts worth, that's how I got mine for free

Today I went to the parts house and bought a tube of gas tank repair and put that on the spot where my valve was leaking. It had a setup time of about a hour so I let it go for two then fired the truck up and it stopped the leak so maybe that was a cheap fix. I have the the new one coming so I will watch the repair I made and if it starts leaking again I will just change it.

Holy Crap? I saw one on fleabay that was 300! I thought that was not bad compared to it. Where I live you cannot find these trucks at all because when the scrap prices got high everyone around here who had one scraped them. I think I am about the only one in my area who has one. So I have no place like salvage yards to find parts. I have to search on the net for parts.

$300, wow...sounds like I should create an eBay account to sell all my pulled parts. I must be sitting on a gold mine.
