Nope the D60 is larger diameter, and the passenger side has 1 u-bolt and a pair of bolts or studs on the inner side that are closer together. Completely unique spring plates to the D60.

For some reason I'm remembering that only one of the plates is different, but I don't remember which side it was.

You may be right about the driver's side being the same, for some reason I thought the axle tubes were bigger diameter. But the passenger is an odd duck, with only 1 u-bolt and bolts on the inbound side.
