Still never figured out the 3 hole arched flat strap looking pieces. Anyone else run across something like this yet?

I just went and looked over my C30 frame. I didn't see any brackets like that. Although, it was raining pretty good, so I might have overlooked them in my haste.

I believe we have a winner! Those look just like the ones on the back side of tow hooks.

Of course, I might have just found them laying around and decided to use them for that, but I kinda doubt it.

I thought it was the factory brace, but it's not. Here's the brace for 81 & up.
