How to rehab a window regulator manual or power

It’s worth giving it a try. Had to scroll at bit to find the product list on YouTube, but its nothing exotic.

My new regulators and felt are supposed to be correct for the year of my truck, and the windows are original, so the thickness of the glass should match the felt.

When I replaced all the channels in my 90' Suburban with power windows I used Honda Shin-Etsu grease in the channels. It's expensive and will make a mess of the glass if you're not careful/strategic, but it holds up really well. Between the grease and the window relay mod with auto-down they were lightning quick for a few years. I need to regrease them...
