how does dash pad bolt/hold in place

i got a mint dash pad from a pick and pull and i am wondering how it bolts into my dash. It was already pulled when i found it. Pictures would be great.

it doesn't "bolt" in.

you must slide the "glass side" of the pad and it will go into these slots. then you press down on the side closest to you then screw it in along the bottom.

The dash slides into place as Boone said. Then there are multiple screws that are located at the front bottom, right side, and connecting to the gauge bezel. If you look at page 119 in the LMC catalog the dash retainer (slides) are item #2. The diagram also shows you were the screws go.
