Cab high running lights were required on all vehicles wider than 80", but were freely available on any other vehicle via RPO U01.

That's the way almost all the convoy trucks were back in the day! We would get a full load once in a while and have to check them all in. Got 8 SS396 Chevelles once, all on the same truck(1969's). If you came to work in the am and found a new car or truck sitting outside the doorway you had to check it over very carefully for any damage cause it was delivered after hours and those were the ones screwed up!!!! I hated to watch them unload with those ramps though!!!Those ramps look super sturdy.
