Sorry HR, I been slammed here and haven't been able to keep up here with your developments. If you see this before you head to PAP, hook a half dozen bungee cords on that cart grating, so if you have a high load you can strap it nice and snug and you won't loose anything, like my console slid off and ht the ground. I kicked myself in the ass for not bringing bungee cords.
Here, I did some modifications for ya bud.

Me too
I don't know that they are worth the money they cost. Now compared to a Radio Flyer, oh yeah, they're worth it. I think they are way overrated as far as weight. Mine rated at 1000lbs? NOooooooo, I think not. I did have a small block motor on mine and it begged for mercy and I doubt it could have done big block or motor and trans combo. $80 for that one like Old77 posted up, probably isn't bad. The air up tires are great for when you want to cross the lawn or drag thru a dirt road like a Pull A Part, but I think I'd keep the weight under about 300-400lb when I beleive those ones are rated at 600lb.
I just saw an awesome cart today at work. One of the tenants of our building is a commercial building roofing company. They got these cars that look like yours on steroids. Look like a 3 x 6 platform with big ATV sized tires. I guess they use them on the roofs after they hoist up material with their boom truck. You know the rubber roofs with the river stones on top?
So, since it's been brought up lately. Few more toy pics and recommendations.
This is my Cooling system pressure tester. Awesome tool to have for looking for leaks and even detecting blow head gaskets. If pressure is rising rapidly, then it's a good assumption that compression may be leaking into your cooling system. This one is outdated being most systems don't have a radiator cap anymore and are sealed, but it does still work for Squarebodies that have REAL radiators. The other part is an adapter. I recently used this to test that used heater core before I installed it. Hooked it up the heater hoses outside the heater box, and pressure tested. Didn't lose pressure, Core never got wet, so I knew it was a good one.
