It has stock ignition for tbi is that hei?HEI ignition? Could be power to the coil.
Alright. I’ll have to look into that. There’s no tach so it can’t be thatworth checking intermittent ignition related items like ignition switch maybe having a dead spot in it, wires behind the engine shorting due to failed insulation, or aftermarket tach pulling down ignition signal randomly, and also ignition module.
I personally had issues with wires behind the intake braking insulation, aftermarket tach, and failing ignition switch, and fuel pump causing somewhat of similar issues.
CoolWell I finally found what was causing my troubles. I had a loose steering column and occasionally on right turns it would cause it to die

Yes internally. There was a lot of slop in my column where it tilts. We took it apart and checked everything over and tightened everything up and it was fixed so not sure exactly what the problem was.loose as in internally? Physical mount or wiring outside? Pinched cable? Curious for future reference.
Thanks
I hope you loctited the 3 little bastard bolts. And stop using the wheel to get in it. LolYes internally. There was a lot of slop in my column where it tilts. We took it apart and checked everything over and tightened everything up and it was fixed so not sure exactly what the problem was.
