I found the issue. It wasnt the t case whinning it was the old 10 bolt. Popped the case off and it looked like grey glitter glue. Driver side bearing was shot and the ring and pinnion has about a good half inch of play up and down. My theory is that when throttle was applied it lifted the ring and pinnion and caused less drag on the shot bearing and vice versa. Time for a 14 bolt swap.

Some of the Avalanches has a 14 bolt semi float axle with the six lug wheels

Think you have to re locate the spring pads and shock mounts

But that’s easy
Just take both axles to a welding shop and have them move the avalanche mounts to match the ones on the 10 bolt

Either that or you have to swap over the fronts to an 8 lug to match the 14 bolt
Or get a 14 bolt built with custom 6 lug hubs
