I found the issue. It wasnt the t case whinning it was the old 10 bolt. Popped the case off and it looked like grey glitter glue. Driver side bearing was shot and the ring and pinnion has about a good half inch of play up and down. My theory is that when throttle was applied it lifted the ring and pinnion and caused less drag on the shot bearing and vice versa. Time for a 14 bolt swap.
