Yesterday while I was tearing my doors apart i decided to look under the dash at the heater duct housing and it was completely un bolted from the firewall and just sitting in htere loose, I almost died, lol. :wtf:

I could grab the bottom half of it and pull it away from the firewall like 2 inches. I realy am afraid of what I will see once I open up that dash. It definately explains why my heat is going right into the dash board instead of out the cab vents. :sad72:

I'd suggest it would be easier to complete door swaps. Even then, you'll still need to get the harness for under the dash to the fuse block that plugs into the door wiring behind the intrument cluster and the glove box. You do have to take the dash pad off to get the plugs.

HR, I stole this post from Imans thread, you have a dash in these SB's ripped out before? I need to know everything I can before I tear into mine. Is that dash pad a bitch?
