depends on what color you want.

Black or Grey headliner material can be had at most fabric stores. Just tell them you need foamed backed material and they will show you what colors they have.

then you just need to clean off all the old material of the headliner you have. Spray some "gorilla snot" on fabric and board and smooth it out. make your cuts around the edge and for dome lights, screw holes etc.

hardest part is getting the darn thing out of the vehicle.

the whole headliner is no longer in tact. I need the board..my gf does upholstery for a living, so getting new material to cover it isn't an issue. She says she can make a new base for it, but it will be time consuming.

Then you would need to go to a junkyard. No one make repro crew cab headliners.
