Headlights upgrade.

I bought a halogen headlight upgrade kit off of Amazon. The canisters look original and came with bulbs.
However. All the bulbs have 3 prongs.
I know that the original top has 2 prongs and bottom has 3 prongs. Do I just bend the middle prong down. When I turn them on they seem to be out of sorts.
One way the tops are bright and bottoms very dim. Click high beam and bottoms are bright and tops are dim. Help.
Also. They upgrade came with a small blue light inside housing. A red and black wire comes out with a terminal end. What do I wire that into.

I have the Hella setup like that and low beams have 3 prongs and the high beams have just 2.

it didn't come with directions for high/low or high only? Probably have to move a wire or 2.

You might have 4 low beam bulbs, buy 2 high beam bulbs. The blue lights might be daytime running lights.

My Hellas are H4 bulbs and 3 wire for low beam and H1 bulbs and 2 wire for high beams. The bulbs have different mounting so it's not like you can just change the bulbs.
