What is a 1011810 casting??? 305 or 350 or both??

Did you mean 10110810 ? Swirl port 64cc TBI heads. Basically the same as the 14102193's. Supposedly they don't really rev past 3500 rpms and lose some power in the upper rpm's. Great for low end torque.
