Jeez, our newly painted bolts & studs has me concerned now. Thought about that when I did it.
Firewall ground strap to engine, two wires that ground at ECM stud; negative cable from battery to alternator bracket. Those got painted but battery to Frame left alone, and seems like a couple to front assembly where head lights and radiator are.
if they were clean when painted they should be fine but to be clear, your ECM ground is not linked to another ground right

Oh no, I meant near the ESC module. Up top. I got my acronyms mixed up.
I didn't add anything.
