Has anyone received door panels or sun visors from USA1 since March 2023?

I originally ordered charcoal-colored custom deluxe door panels (manual windows & locks) and sun visors from USA 1 in February of 2022. After 13 months with no ETA for either item, I obtained a refund.

They have a 10% deal for cyber Monday (today) and I still am interested in purchasing the aforementioned items from them.

When I called today, I was told ~ 90 days for the visors and ~ 120 days for the door panels. I’m fine with both but don’t want to drop ~$730 (with the 10% off deal (the same items were ~$580 in 2022)) for something that will never arrive.

I’m essentially married to their company for my interior because I’m switching my from blue to charcoal and have already installed one of their seat covers and new seatbelts. I’ve tried other companies but the color difference is too obvious for me to accept.

All the stories I've heard, everyone eventually got what they paid for. It just took a ridiculous amount of time.

I got a dash pad from them in charcoal - only took 6-7 months. My guess is someone ordered it during Nixon's administration and it just showed up. Had everything else on order ($1700) for 8 months with no contact or ETA so cancelled it all. Bought everything from LMC (which - if you compare the panel pics I believe you can make LMCs look just like the USA1 panels....difference is you're the one assembling them) - and then ordered the charcoal paint (that matches their charcoal) from USA1 - I called Guinness record book as I had the paint in less than 4 months.

I've been getting those sale emails as well.....wondered how much of any of it was even in stock. I wont even bother with them again.

I ordered all my interior pieces from USA1. Most items came within 30 days. The visors took about 3 months and the door panels,15 months. It took repeated emails and phone calls asking for an update but they eventually came. Ordered in May 2023. It’s a long time to wait, but the quality can’t be beat.

I see these post all the time on here. I do understand but I also understand that LMC or the other companies never made original colors, and they did. Not only did they make the original colors for the trucks they also made majority in the USA...... I have heard though recently that the wait times have went down and they are actually hitting the times they are getting customers. I'm going to stick with them they support our country.

IMHO, continually telling lies to the customer about delivery times is not a very good way to run a business. Taking other people’s money and sitting on it 15 months before delivering is not a very good way to run a business.

While I try to support the little man / US businesses, Honesty goes a lot further with me. If you lie about delivery times, what else will you lie about?

I bought the door panels in blue earlier this year and they actually showed up in a few weeks. I think I got lucky and they just got some back from being colored. However, my dash took about 7 months. Both were really good quality and the color was perfect. However, I mostly buy now from others because of the wait time. I order chrome moldings one time and later found out it could be up to 8 weeks. Cancelled the order and had them later that same week through someone else.

UPDATE: I received my door panels today, only 13 days after placing my order. The color match to the seat cover and belts (Also USA1) is phenomenal. They appear to be high quality. The door panels have not shipped yet.

I had both on backorder for the better part of 9 months. It didnt help I was told they were both "in stock" when I ordered them.

After seeing Firetruck's door panels, I cancelled USA and wound up buying the panels and visors from LMC, then the spray dye from USA to match the one thing (dash pad) I did receive. Its SEM brand and I got enough to do the interior trims as well.

More I compare pics the more I think USA gets the same base stuff but pre-assembles and colors them to look as finished as they are advertised.
