Ground wire issues?

Hey y'all, I'm still having my random sessions of misfire. Just to recap, basically it is fine at lower speeds 95 percent of the time but as soon as I go 50 after a few minutes at that speed I can feel it miss and sure enough check engine light comes on. Again to recap what Ive replaced.. cap and rotor, plug wires, plugs, injectors, IAC valve, throttle position sensor, fuel filter, and cleaned/went through the throttle body. At this point I feel like it may be a bad ground somewhere? I seem to be getting shocked by the vehicle and now that I really paid attention the headlights seem to be dimmer, especially on high beam. I also wondered if it could be a bad PROM but was keeping my fingers crossed. Anyways opinions on what I should check/do?

Bad PROM is like a bad Ignition part...it either does, or doesnt work. I would definately look at all the grounds, and even add some.
Also, check the codes from the ECM, use a paper clip, and jump A and B terminals on the diagnostic connector, then count the flashes. Each code will flash 3 times. Example: Flash...Flash Flash=code 12
You should also get a fuel pressure tester for TBI, as this could be the beginning of a rubber hose in the tank satrting to split, and reduce fuel pressure.

Yeah I get a code 44 on the ECM, and I've font over all the lines they seem good. But I might replace them anyways

Driving today, after about driving for a minute at 1800-2000 RPM it just loses all power and I have to bury the throttle to maintain any speed. Also just in neutral if I slowly press the throttle it stutters at 1800 rpm and drops down to about 1500, then climbs back to 1800 and the cycle goes on.

Ok, next thing to do is put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what the pressure is. That code says its running lean.

Sounds like it's starving for fuel, could the filter be plugged? It would be an easy thing to check. It might have good pressure at idle, then as you accelerate the filter is restricting flow.

As per Jims86 - check your primary grounding. Not just the ECM ground but the main cables from the battery to the frame/engine and frame to engine.

Check the lead from the ECM to the O2 sensor. Look closely at where it passes near the manifold and exhaust pipe.

Check the primary lead from the battery positive to the starter solenoid - look for bad insulation and shorts to ground.
