An elderly man in my little town passed and his wife decided to sell off all the extra stuff around. I went over and bought a 48 ford 8N with a beater mower, and I asked her about the old pickup in the barn. "Oh that ol'beater, Vern used it to get wood. I don't know...." I offered her $1000, and she said sure and I drove it home. Once I began looking it over I realized that the 51K on the odometer was actual I've owned it now for about 4 years, and just drove it to the hardware store/lumber yard and not much more cause it would overheat. Six months ago I took it to a garage and started the process. LS 5.3 4L80e np208, all new U-joints, ball joints, and tie rod end's and this bad boy is rippin it up. 1987 V10 4x4 yeehaw.
