You'll know I'm all about loading this old truck down with creature comfort options ...

Well this one been in the back of my head to do for a coon's age ...

I hadn't bought it yet, I keep asking myself 'Self, are you that dang lazy that you can't lift your foot to hit the dimmer switch ?'
So far "Self" hadn't got back to me ! .. Do think he's avoiding the question ...
(Think I'll consult the "Magic 8 Ball")

There is a reason that I'm pondering on this ..
Back in the 70's I worked for a Cadillac dealership, installed many of these on cars that didn't come from the factory equipped with one ...

Opps .. !
Wrong critter ...
This gizmo keeps the lights on after you leave the car for a minute or so then shuts them off ..

This is the critter I'm thinking about ..

GM first made these in 1952 on Oldsmobile's
Last year was 1988 Cadillac's

I would want the later year model that had the eye mounted in the grill not on the dash ..

Don't know why, but I just bought a 454 BBC that came out of a low mile motorhome ...

Don't need a motor for my truck, the built 400 mouse motor that's been in it still runs like day one ..

Going to do a tear down on the new to me motor and build it back warmed up a bit ... Might stick it in the Binder ??

Photos in a short ...

Block casting numbers are 14015445 ..
From what little research I've done so far, it could have 4 bolt mains .. Soon to see when the pan is pulled .. ?

Edit; Nope, Two bolt
