Gas truck to diesel

Ok looking to buy a project truck currently setup to gas 350.
Would like to go to the 6.2 diesel what all will have to change

You will need to plumb up fuel lines, get a spin on fuel filter housing and change the radiator to a 3 core diesel type from that era. The 6.2 will have a vacuum pump, you will need to connect the vacuum line from it to your transmission modulator valve assuming it's a TH400. It's pretty simple really.
