Any Ridetech fans here? I just had a 4link with coilovers, tubular control arms and both sway bars installed on my 87 and I love it. Ride is much better. Need to get exhaust revamped, set final stance and align.

@Sid Vicious,

Yes in deed I'm a Ridetech fan, and QA1, CPP, and all the rest of the performance suspension equipment companies. I'm trying to decide whether to put a Hellwig rear sway bar on my '74 C10 or one of the other makers. I like the way CPP's look and on the other end of the spectrum a Western Chassis makes one I like. It's got to be a 1" diam. bar and they all make one so it's like a toss up what I end up with. What I'm trying to attain is to get all I can out of my suspension but leave it stock height. That requires a bit more math so to speak, but it's a tight balancing act to get the right shock like 4600 Bilsteins, the right stiffness in front coil springs, sway bars. etc. Everybody is into low and for sure it does the trick, but just how much control is there in doing the same thing out of stock height. If at all I will have a dang good riding stock height truck. From what I've done already I want it to run flat as fast as I can go!

Nice truck! I like that you have the stock steel wheels and not some fancy 20" alloys with a stripe of rubber around it.

Man i like your truck. I am trying to decide which to go with myself. Mine is a 1982 chevy c10 with 15x8 in the front an 15x10 in the rear with 295/50 all the way around. do you have any rubbing? What is your drop? I'm not good with lowering, because if you go to low you rub, not low enough you immediately wanna change it. Any ideas?

Been working on this kit.
Inez hot rods. It removes the spring pocket and you weld this plate In.
It moves the coilover closer to the frame. As a result the ground clearance is a lot better.
This kit works for 63-87 trucks.

Since it’s just tacked and I want to ensure everything is lined up correctly I still have the jack under. But it’s about on its own weight.
Kit goes from 3” to 9” drop worth of adjustability.

Please don’t mind the extremely positive camber, I hadn’t adjusted anything yet lol.
