Is there a specific part number for the hoses that are the filler neck and vent for the tank? Is it just a very big diameter fuel hose cut to length?

Year?
Bed style?
They’re formed hoses with part numbers. Check out lmc. I’d have posted them but I don’t have any info in your truck or bed mounted on your frame

LMC has it on backorder and isn't taking new orders. Who knows when things will get back to normal there. I was hoping to find a local source like Autozone/Advance/O'Reilly.

Is the vent hose the same type as PCV hose?

Your bio shows you have an '86 K10 with a 5.3, but people browsing the forum with their phones can't see that info.
If you turn the phone sideways you can but no one views it like that.

Ok. Hopefully I have my info in enough places now. The truck (frame/body) is an 86 CUCV. The drivetrain is out of an 86 K10 truck and who knows where the axles came from.

It has the driver's side fuel tank. I need a part number for the two hoses (3 & 5) pictured below. I would like to pick one up this weekend and finish my fuel system. It shows as backordered on LMC and they will not take orders on backordered parts.

I'm interested in if you find another source for the tank vent hose as I'm also looking for one. I managed to get the filler neck for the driver's side 20 gallon tank from LMC but the vent hose was and still is on backorder. I will say that I noticed that the leftover heater hose I have seems to be the same size as the vent tube. That might end up being my stop gap solution until LMC restocks.

It should just be 5/8" hose. I would highly recommend using the correct rated fuel vent hose for long term use, but just 5/8" heat hose should get you by for the short term until they come back in stock. It is easily accessible with everything installed, so I would just throw on some standard hose for now and then make sure you remember to order the right stuff when it comes back in stock.

Like @Bextreme04 stated, most heater hose and molded radiator hoses are not fuel compatible. The fuel dries out the hose and it will crack open. Ask me how I know. If you use coolant hose, plan to replace it sooner than later.

Hey guys, I have an 87 K20 with an 83/83 dual tank bed on it. When trying to hook up the filler neck to the gas tank i ran into a problem. The fuel hose comes off the gas tank and tight into the support beam of the bed. if i bend it down out of the way it just kinks. From pictures online it looks like there were some metal pieces that the hoses connected to in between the fill neck and the fill hole on the tank. Any idea where i can get those? I know i need to get a small piece of preformed 45 degree fuel hose to come off the tank but have no idea where to get the 90 degree connection pipe from that to the filler neck.
