I'd try lowering and triming the shroud and running a 6.0 fan. Lots of cases where going back with a mechanical fan fixed overheating issues. Even manufacturers of electric fans,don't recommend them on 4 core radiators or vehicles that tow. I'd use the electric fans you have in front of the radiator as pushers,reverse the polarity. I'd run a mechanical fan pulling through as much of the original shroud as I could. Some trucks came factory with electric and mechanical fans on heavy duty cooling. I use to have a bunch of info on the different stock fans but a 6.0 ought to do it.
