Front drive shaft is hitting

notch it. add bracing. secondly does the other end have a dip on it. is the cross member in backwards?

is it just me or has no one else noticed that the endcaps for the cv joint are not compressed entirely into the housing on the axle side? or am i the only one who sees the shiny silver showing on the bearing caps they should be compressed to where theres a lock ring that goes on the inside to keep them in place

Look his cross member already has the spacers in between the frame and unit.

It also appears the rubbers are rotten and maybe that is allowing the the tail end to droop enough for contact.
Hey man I have the same problem going on but I got the spacer on it already and still hitting

Thanks. It's one of those cases where seen that-done that so it sticks with you. Driveline vibration that suddenly shows up... as the rubber gives up the ghost the tranny/TC slowly settles and one day starts to vibrate.

Good golly, that's a lot of t-case drop. I think there's two things going on. First, the trans is angled so far down that the t-case is low hanging fruit. Second, the trans mount may be completely shot... or rigged.
