I bought a replacement frame and it only had one of these. My old frame had one on both sides. It is on the cross brace just under the rear of the cab and goes from the cross brace to the frame rail

You may contact these sellers on ebay. They are based in Northern California. They part out various years of GM trucks. I had them pull a frame cross member for me that was not listed in their current auctions. They made up a listing just for me so I could get the part.

Thanks Craig, it cost me 70 buck to open that link.
First thing I see when I opened it was a pair of stepside steps for $70 and free shipping, can't beat that.

FWIW, I've bought some gas tank hangers from them before and was please with the whole deal.

Depending on the application, I may have one, but it will be a couple of days before I get over to my shop. I have a 1982 parts truck that is complete, if that year is compatible.

I was able to canibalize one from the old frame the side that was missing was in decent enough shape
