............our 03 Crown Vic Police Interceptor is the best car we've owned. Great mileage too.
I can attest to that with my grandparents Grand Marquis. It had the 460, tall gears, and floated down the road at 80 with ease and did not guzzle the gas. Couch seat in the front and the back, and a trunk big enough that the cartel would be using these cars nowadays if they could. But like all the old vehicles, the Grand Marquis is not plentiful anymore.

I've had 2 friends that always drove chevy trucks up until about 3 years ago. They both bought new Ford trucks. I don't know why because I didn't ask. I just give them $hit about it every chance I get. Lol

I do have to say their cars are better than their trucks. I've had an 83 mustang and 95 t bird and both were good cars to me.

I've made more money fixing ford's than anything. When I worked at the wrecking yard we sold older Ford parts to keep them running down the road, and We sold older chevy parts to people trying to restore lol
I agree. Back in the mid-2000's I drove an 1996 Dodge Dakota and had a customer make license plate frame that read like this:

Ford owners
(plate number)
Pay my bills

It was red with black letters and stood out really well. I loved that frame.

I was 13 when my mom bought a brand new 1975 robin egg blue white vinyl top Mercury Marquis. I still remember my eyes burning for the first few months from the interior off gassing. She was 5' tall on a phonebook so I don't know how she saw over the speedometer. You could hit animals and small kids and not realize it. 400 engine and a suspension that would put you to sleep driving over atv trails.
Those days are gone forever.

I heard this the other day. Made me laugh.

Ford men created SEX!

Dodge men created SEX with women!

Chevy men created SEX with women that you aren't related to!
