I'll suggest something no one has suggested : how often do you drive it?
Do you just fire it up and drive it down the driveway the shut it off?

running the engine for short periods of time then shutting it off causes condensation in the crank case and motor.
Yeah since I’ve been working on it I’ve only been starting it up, after I change the oil I’ll be driving it 20 miles daily so we will see if all this helps then last case go for the head gaskets

In the past I've mistaken head gaskets for just poor engine heat cycles in a old mud truck I had.

All oil looks good, nothing in the pan. I still ordered a new pcv but I’m thinking it was the short cycling. I’ll update after a couple long drives.

That's what an oil catch can takes care of. That's why I mentioned it and why I put one on mine.

Replace pcv and took a nice long ride, no more foam

while you are in happy mode, change your thermostat. 195 or 210. and the short trip thing as was said above. you gonna kill your lifters if you keep it like it is.
