Hello guys, just bought an 86 C20 with the 6.2L diesel. Its automatic but I'm not sure what transmission I have. The flywheel housing cover is missing.

#1 - Anyone know where I can find a replacement?
#2 - Is there some sort of gasket for it also? Or just direct bolt on AS IS.

Thanks!

Still looking for one of these! If anyone has the oem part number that would be great!

I see the “universal” abs plastic replacement covers but that seems like a bad idea to me.

On a 2WD it really doesn't matter. It's just to keep it from winding up string or vacuuming up other stuff from the road. On a 4WD OTOH it's structural.

A jump on autozones website shows a universal one with oblong holes and you cut the starter hole depending on what you need. Not sure if this would work or not
