Floor Stress Cracks

Sorry these pics don't show the crack in the overall space well. Found them in the floor, in the right rear corner of driver's floor pan, up on the hump to floor pan connection. Symetrical crack on passenger side. Is this a common fatigue point? If not, what the heck would have caused this?

Are you sure they are not just cracks in the paint?

Although I didn't check the underside, I'm pretty sure they are a through crack. I'll double check though.
