Flex plate help

So I am lost on finding a replacement bolt set. I know it's grade 8 but I do not know what the symbol is in the middle. Any ideas?

I bought a kit like this,their cheap and good insurance.I was able to buy them at my local oreilly's. http://www.summitracing.com/search/...-7l-350/engine-family/chevy-small-block-gen-i the arp are actually graded higher than stock,the others are the factory grade for what you need.

New theory on the flex plate being scraped.

I speculate that upon first installation of the new transmission 20 some odd years ago; some jack off put it on backwards and the Torque Converter wasn't seated down tight enough bc of the weight. In turn causing it to wobble and cause the streak marks. Someone caught their mistake and fixed it.

Thoughts or other ideas?

Nope it happened on a different engine.
