Using early manifolds lower ac bracket is a problem. This truck has those on it when I bought it. They can be made to work but requires modifications. Using an early 6 bolt manifold on the right side requires an adapter plate for the 7-bolt head. Mine always leaked, poor design. You will also need the TVS parts, AP brackets, pullies and correct vacuum routing. Pictures attached are my 85. Hard to show much with all the ancillary equipment. Finding parts that all work together may be difficult. Get any parts available use what you can. Took a couple years to locate the AP system for this truck. good luck

What Brian is explaining to you, is the 1985 exhaust manifolds are slightly different then 1973 manifolds Mike has shown you. Does your husband's truck still have the original 1985 exhaust manifolds with the AIR pump tube fittings? Hard to see in your photo.

Sorry for coming back to the party late (got sent out of town for work). I just went through the garage, and I couldn't find it. I can't imagine I threw it out, so it must be in my storage unit. I'll try to get over today and check, but I think it's going to look just like the '85

Depending on your connections to the exhaust manifolds you may need one of these

For my 1976 K20, I had RockAuto rebuild mine. The advantage of rebuilding yours is you know it fits. I think I also got the diverter valve from Rock Auto.

There is also a rebuilder on eBay. Seller's name is "BZ Rebuilders".
