Ok,I’m at the very end.I have taillights final connections. There’s an issue,I’m sure easily solved, however,I’m open to suggestions.
I need to incorporate my 7 pin and 4 pin trailer connections. However,I want it to be as clean as possible and not butcher it up.The old T connection is not viable, being the painless kit didn’t come the the old style ends.I looked online for that gm style connection and came up empty. It would be cool to have a reusable one,so not another splice.
I did test the blinkers, brakes, and reverse lights….like new!
I drove the truck and calibrated my speedometer and fuel tank.I gotta say,I’m super impressed with Dakota Digital and the ease of setup.
This truck has brand new wiring front to back, and new gauges. One of the best upgrades I’ve ever done and been so happy with the results.
I gotta say,I still hate wiring and never wanna do it again.Just the tail section took forever (most of today).Had to make it and try to match the old one.
