I ordered the Dynomax squarebody universal 2.25” header back kit 89004 due to price. I was able to get summit to price match the shipped price from advance auto $144. I added (2) stainless AP Exhaust XS1255 (magnaflow generics) $44ea. I’m only into the dual exhaust conversion ~$250 (so far lol.) I’m going to attempt to connect this to my manifolds as I have some extra pipe laying around. You can either bolt this kit together with clamps or welded. According to the reviews, the u clamps that are included are terrible, either buy 2.25” narrow
Band or wide butt clamps. Better yet, weld it together if you have the skills.

I will post updates to the thread below once I get it installed.

What would a 19 year old @Ken B say to you if he had the chance? Save a few bucks or go buckwild…

Dual 2.25” & a set of turbo mufflers sure do make a stock small block sound good
In high school, I had a ‘76 Nova with a 305 2 bbl. Right after my dad and I got it on the road and I started driving it, the single exhaust fell off it was so rotten.

My mom took pity on me and gave me a couple hundred bucks to run it down to Muffler Man and they put a set of duals with no name turbos. It was still slow as molasses in January, but it had a pleasant burble to it, and I could tell it had picked up a tiny bit of HP, but nothing that would win me any races on Friday night on M-59.
