Scratch that. After refreshing my memory with the pictures I took of the show this year, it's probably more like 75% 4x4's.
It may be a Regional Thing. Our plant brought a guy down from Canada a few years ago and I was fortunate enough to spend some time with him. He was astonished to see 3/4 ton diesels that were 2wd. He told me that he had never seen one, didn't even realize that anyone made them. He told me that even if they had 2wd diesels available in Red Deer Canada nobody would ever be stupid enough to buy one. But we have plenty of them down here.

I personally wouldn't buy one either because I would stay stuck all the time.

2nd place was a Gremlin 1st was Tbird
That T Bird is a '64 with the pretty rare Sports Roadster tonneau cover and wire wheels. That was a trim level on the '62 and '63, and the parts were available for the '64 but I don't think any were ever actually built that way. Even the '62-'63 are not that common anymore....
These are some of the few phords I would ever consider owning.
