engine wont fire

I have 1985 with a 350. just rebuilt the top end. put it back together and it cranks over but no fire to the plugs. replaced the coil, module, and the pickup coil and still no fire. wires going into the coil have power but nothing coming out of the cap to the plugs. the rotor is turning.

Do you have the power going to the right plug on the HEI
