Enclosed trailer, sort of a vehicle

I want to drag race my Beetle and was looking borrow a trailer. I figured screw it and bought a 16x7 enclosed. Now I can store the Beetle when I want to put the square in the garage. I have to install some tie down points. Picked up 4 short floor tracks from HF. Just got a few hours ago. Kinda excited.

Any input on e-track tie downs? I bought some stuff the last I may return. I want to make this as easy as possible, strapping the bug down.
It’s the whole horizontal and vertical e-track that’s confusing me.

The best solution will depend on which types of straps and hardware you want to use, as well as where you will be attaching to the car.

I’m so short on time. Because of work, vacation, more work, then the event I want to use the trailer for. I got the tracks partially installed last night and going to try to finish everything up tonight. I’m using what I got and hopefully all the tie downs are good lengths to deal with. Small trailer equals, short distance to tie the car down.

Looks like a turbo '73 bug.
What size is the engine?

It’s a 1600 with a small CB cam and a single 40 dellorto. The turbo is a Ko4. It’s running pretty good. Low speed, I have so transition dead spots. Trying to work them out.
