I'm checking if all the fuses need to be attach in the fuse box. Including my ecmb & ecm

I'm not really sure what your asking. But if those are missing and truck still runs I'm assuming the factory nightmare of engine management has been removed and the fuses are unnecessar

Get that 30 amp fuse out of there. That circuit is 20. It's a fire starter.

If there are no contacts in the fuse slot, it is not used and does not need a fuse.
