I can't find this wheelwell brace / bracket for my 82 K10 listed by any vendor I've looked at. I could fabricate it but would rather spend the time on other issues. What's it called? Where can I buy one?

Get the metal cutting tools out and start fabricating. I have never seen that piece on any replacement inner fender. The fenders that have it rot out because it is a trap for road chemicals.

As stated, it’s a reinforcement piece that is a part of the inner fender liner. It is not available separately.

Bless me father for I have skinned.
I cut out the cancer and just replaced the metal, no bolt bracing.
