that escalated quickly

He doesn’t like that people aren’t fawning over his rehash “new tech”.

For the record, people are suggesting “new tech” with crossover. You simply did not improve a proven product.

Ya PD, your right. Why use any new tech on a 78 truck. Just use as is tech and standard stuff right? Listen to bucket cause he knows. Well, if he wasn't an ass about it we may have chatted. I don't care for ********. I also don't care to do something because" that's what we have always done." I watch a lot of rock crawler guys, blazer and suburban builders. These guys innovate and push the limits of the Squarebody design. SO, you can use your parts from Orielys and autozone. Im looking to build a truck thats not all over the road, rides remarkably well and pisses off people like bucket and yourself. Have a great day.
I use neither oreillys or autozone. I've got more miles on my build now than yours will ever see. You spend all your time watching other people and not driving the ****** thing.

I daily drive my suburban bud. Let me know when you daily drive a square. You're one of those "project" guys. Always "building" it never using it. You've got too much time bud.

Also don't talk to me about modernizing. That's half of my rig is modern heavy duty stuff. When your truck cruises perfect down the road on 35's come talk to me.

Listen *******, Ive daily driven this truck since 1996 when I bought it. Before that I had a 78 K5 Blazer...daily drove that from 1987 to 1990. So you piss right off PD. You don't know half the **** you think you do about me. Just because you see a build an someone wants to make something work better you get all worked up because you "have always built it that way." Lastly...FU and too much time. Everyone on this site spends time on their squares. That's why we are here. Let me know when you don't. Odds are you just drink beer and sit around combing your mullet.

That looks outstanding. Mine is similar. Ive also purchased the moog balljoints as well incase something didn't work out with the HEIM. No one that has attacked me here has asked that, but that's the deal. Thanks for the photo.

Don't assume what I want to hear Bucket. Your opinion isn't necessary either. The negativity spewing out of you now shows me you just a jerk. Ive seen you do this often here and its not appreciated. DO me a favor and keep your damn opinion to yourself. You have neither offered any proof of the old tech being any better or worse than this idea, so Id like to kindly say FU. When you have data you can post it and show me I am wrong. Until then piss off.

OK, so where's your data there Einstein? Let's see proof that your "new tech" idea beats the engineering team at GM.

What a thin skinned response to some very mild feedback. If you don't like someone's opinion, don't take it so personal. Deal with it like an adult instead of being such a crybaby.

Looks cool and I'm all for improvement.
but my only concern(s) is that it hasn't been tested to a failure point and the only testing it will see is on a road driven vehicle. I sincerely hope for you and others that try to emulate your progress that it works well and is strong. Other than that, please keep posting! Some things we do for function, others purely for form!

If you’re going to act like this and jump down the throat of anyone who offers constructive criticism (especially people who have FAR more knowledge than you and are legitimately trying to help you) and tell people to stay off your thread, maybe you should do everyone a favor and just stay off this forum all together.
