*tracking* I've looked at that as I thought it would offer great protection.

Powder coating would be a good idea. I was thinking it might get packed full of mud and snow a lot and then require me to clean it out a lot. Not sure that would be an issue or not.

So how was the install? Did it come with those bolts? Looking good!

Now that it is on, what do you think?

Install only took maybe 20mins. Unbolted drive shaft dang cup came off had to put some bearings back in line then taped it up so it wouldn't happen again then the 6 or so bolts around the pinion came out and it slid right over the yoke into place then the grade 8 bolts that came with it went back in...theyre alittle longer then the other ones to make up the thickness of the guard. It was really easy.

Ill let you know next time i go muddin if it scoops up mud. It may act like a slide and go over it ...it is higher then the bottom of the dif to so itll hit dif first or its going to dig in like a shovel. Ill let ya know

In any deep water or mud I've heard of these things acting like a shovel and scooping up water/mud/dirt and even people getting stuck because they get stuck against something.

Looks good though.
