Thanks Butch. I passed emissions with flying colors. It might’ve been the cleaner I added to the tank, but I changed the air filter and spark plugs, and cleaned the carburetor.. oh boy what a mess, lots of debris in the bowls and the metering rods were bent. One of them was missing a spring and had corroded itself stuck down. I also adjusted the timing slightly by feel, and adjusted the floats according to specs, and it would die so I went back in and richened it for now. I’ll have to do my research and go back in.
