A few months ago, i ran across Davis off road / Davis auto sales in Richmond Viginia. While searching the net for new wheels. They have a huge YouTube channel with daily videos. They build Custom Trucks & fabricate accessories.
3 weeks ago i was on my way to Florida and stopped in to see the place and products for myself. I was impressed with the place and the amount of time they spent with me.
They build their own Cross over steering, Electric folding steps & custom wheels. I was impressed with the crossover steering it is a complete bolt on kit and extremely well made. Also, i liked their fold out step kit. the wheels were killer to but not what i wanted.
I'm about to pull the trigger on the steering kit.
Has anyone had any experience with them or their products??

Those power steps for regular cabs with saddle tanks are really slick. I wasn't aware that there were any kits for that.

Yes they are, they make full length also if you have a rear tank. I was at their shop & the steps are the other thing I'm am buying from them. i looked at them also they are very nice. the brackets are Custome made out of heavy aluminum. Fully bolt on to the support braces under the body all SS hardware. Very nice stuff. These guys build everything from monster trucks to mud racers.
I was just curious if anyone has done business with them.

That's one pricey set of steps at $3000! Not for me. Looks more like an AD for Davis than info for the group!

The steps look nice but I can't imagine spending that kind of money on a set.

I’d need to win the powerball to buy anything.
3250 for crossover steering, ouch.

I looked at ORD that price doesn't include the steering box & some extras and they don't provide a pan hard Bar. And i don't think their stuff is powder coated. when I priced it all out it was very close.

If you know what you are doing, you would piece together a crossover steering kit. Plenty of places sale components.

I’ll keep my $2000 savings and use it for tires.
