Curt T-Connectors 55311 new in box, purchased on summit but has the wrong connectors. It's a no-splice 4-way flat trailer wiring connector, says it fits 73-84 Blazer, C/K pickup, Suburban, but did not fit my 1978 Chevy C10. Mine has flat pins instead of the rounded ones, can't find much information on when that changed, maybe for an 80+ or GMT-400? Would just recommended checking your taillight wiring harness against the pictures. Free to a good home if you're near the Raleigh NC area and can pick it up, probably not worth it to ship since it's only like $15 new but could be convinced if someone really wants it.

E-Trailer sent me that same one but the box had the proper part number for the 79. Second one they sent was the right one with the flat terminals, same part number on the package, so if anyone knows what the one with the round terminals fits there’s another one up for grabs for just the cost of shipping.

I’d be interested, going to have to check and see what kind of connection mine has though.

Do you still have this? Been chasing trailer wiring problems all afternoon, and part of my issue is on the truck end.

Absolutely, and it's yours at any time. Did you determine your truck has the rounded pins?

The harness changed from circle to flat at some point, my 77 frame has a round plug. my 1980 i dont know what it had... my grandpa hardwired it in. I have a spare rear lighting harness on a trailer from a 78 and an unknown year I could look at.

The only difference is the connector and the socket for the bulbs, i think the later design stressed the connections less and was more waterproof.
