Who makes the best steel cowl hood? Looking for one for my suburban. Side note. Has anyone ran a cowl with and added the hood ornament? Just wondering how that would look. Pic because I just wanna show off my rig lol she ain’t much but she’s mine

Has anyone ran a cowl with and added the hood ornament? Just wondering how that would look.
I don't think it would work. Besides the center seam being much more pronounced on the cowl hood making it hard to mount, the slope would have the ornament leaning forward at a weird angle. IMO, cowl OR ornament, but not both.

Thank ya! We enjoy it, I daily drive it during the nice months along with my chevelle. Don’t see many of them around here

Got Kooper's(G-son) S10 cowl hood from Summit, came in with a dent in the pass. side of the cowl. Nothing wrong with the box it came in, had to be done when they packaged it. Grandmother, my Bride, called an ate the poor gal's a$$ out who answered the phone.....don't screw with MY Grandson!!! Got another one a couple days later and it was perfect, fit and finish.......$340 + freight........YMMV...........Kooper is still mowing our lawn for this!!!!!....lol
