Sounds crazy but I used Krylon Fusion Blue on the door panels and dash pad, on my 84 Sierra. Pretty close match and it’s holding up good

If anyone is still following this I think the light blue color you are looking for is called "Hawaiian Blue"

This truck below has exterior paint confirmed in "Hawaiian Blue" and the interior trim looks to match almost exactly the exterior paint color. I'm going to get a custom can of SEM color coat, they should be able to mix based on the paint code.

Trust GM to have 3 colors of blue, and 2 of em are real close....
That interior color does go well with the body color though. I remember my grandma's '68 Tempest having the metallic blue interior, and it seems like every piece of it was a slightly different shade. That car was garaged... when she was at home. Otherwise it was on the road or in an open air parking lot.
What year is that paint chip chart from? The "light green" looks like the Willoway Green on Dad's 75. I don't remember seeing a lot of trucks in that color, and most are the early years of square body trucks.
