Where's the best place to buy the clear plastic cover that covers the gauges for a 73 C10?

You can use a small buffer for headlight lenses, they polish up nicely.

Yup. Use one of those 3M Headlight Polishing kits.

Headlight polishing kit and 2 thin layers of clear coat ( there's a 2component in rattle cans special for plastic and acryl, etc). I use this for taillight lenses, they look like glass after this treatment and don't scratch that easy.

I just bought mine from LMC. I really made it look better and it was an easy fix.

If it's scratched, you can use sandpaper starting with whatever gets the scratches out, such as 400 grit, and then transition to finer grits such as 1000, 1500, 2000, finishing up with rubbing and polishing compound. Sometimes all you need is the compounds. I've never seen one get cloudy or yellow like headlight covers. But sounds like that has happened to some folks here.

I've seen a bunch of them turn very yellow and cloudy. They are usually trucks that sat outside for a long time with a window down, or a door missing or something.

I'm gonna try that headlight polishing kit trick. Anyone have a specific link or part no? Amazon has a metric ton of different kits.

I used Mothers Nulens on it, came out pretty good. It was cloudy, now a whole lot clearer.
