The truck that I'm currently building has sat outside for like three years, so the paints pretty dull. But also it's got a lot of dirt along the side of it that i know won't just come off. So i was wondering what people recommend to clean it with. I've done some searching and found that clay bars do a good job removing dirt from paint. Also, there's no clear coat if that matters at all.

on my truck i used meguiares diamond cut compond and putting show car glaze on top then waxing. did wonders! but it takes a bit of time and elbow grease! oh and you have to wash your truck first for the best results! heres some pictures of before and after. hope this helps
